I believe it was one of the guys on NBA Today the other day that stated that he can’t appeal until he officially doesn’t qualify, which would be the end of the season. Unless the arbitrator is quick, he would miss the deadline for ballots. 🤷♀️

At this point, I feel like they should just be looking for every possible out to just avoid the rule generating any more outrage
