Judge John Stevens Jr is not playing games with this one. Meet Cadeon Mitchell. He felt it was cool to "roll up" with his boys and jump a 28 year old man while he was getting a haircut. The defense team actually asked if it was OK to have his sentence suspended so he can finish high school in May. The epic response from the judge was "If you want to live like a man, you’re going to be treated like one." Then ordered him into immediate custody. The judge sentenced the defendant to 180 days in county jail as a condition of 10 years of probation and ordered him to pay $47,540 in restitution for the victim's medical bills.
