@WACHoopsNation @tdbachus13 Mostly has to do with schedule that day. B1G and Big 12 pay more than MW, WAC, Big West (I assume). So when there’s a night without bigger conference games, top refs will work other games to get the paycheck. But go for bigger check when schedules overlap.

@tdbachus13 Yep. That’s why I pointed this out. The officials are part of a consortium that does Big 10, Big 12, MWC, WAC, and Big West games. Plus, the regional factor plays a part, too.

The bald headed official officiated the Tarleton State at Southern Utah game two weeks ago and Texan fans were up in arms at how that game was officiated. So, if he’s so bad, how is he doing a big time nationally televised Big 12 game featuring two top-15 teams?

State championship, or bust. That's the mentality the Berne-Knox-Westerlo boys basketball team is taking this season. Those expectations may be high, but they're warranted. The defending Class C state champs bring back nearly their entire roster, including senior standouts @shane80330 and Dayne Coates. The Bulldogs have also loaded up their schedule as an Independent program this season.
