As a coach, put your players first. Their development, health, and well-being should always be your number one priority.

A lot of players today are more focused on being seen working than actually getting better. The truth is, real development happens in the reps nobody posts. Attention is temporary, skill is adaptability. Choose what actually moves the needle. Social media does not = improvement.

When competing against a superior opponent, always believe you can win. Even if the odds are stacked against you, you need to at least give yourself a chance by staying confident and trying your best. With self-belief, there's nothing to lose and everything to gain!
