@AmericanAir congrats again on another horrible experience and worst customer service ever today. Your gate agents have zero will to try and help or be pleasant. Clearly you have an issue. #switchingToDelta for all of my flights and my entire company @Delta

@AmericanAir Already got her rebooked and will take another airline. The point is the horrible cust service that you know is an issue organizationally. I experience on the regular even as a priority customer with status. It’s clear you simple don’t care unless you experience financial loss
