Regardless of the age, Poles seems to be intrigued by Miami DE Akheem Mesidor but don’t be surprised if the Bears draft DB Keionte Scott who I believe that DA and Al Harris would be enamored with. IMO Scott is a faster more athletic Tyrann Mathieu. The Honey Badger 2.0 #Bears

Post Week 2 Free Agency Mock Draft Traded back and drafted a versatile defensive weapon at safety that will help stop the run, cover in the passing game and create impact plays. Added some more offensive fire power while also building the defense with starters and depth. #Bears

How about facts? Kent @joekent16jan19 is a political opportunist. He was a Libertarian 2012-19. Then, he was a democrat 2019-2020 and switched to Republican in 2021 to run for Congress. He has a number of tweets promoting Trump's policy on Iran, and even posted in 2020 "I personally think we should have crushed their (Iran) ballistic and nuke capes" The question for Kent is: Mr. Kent, Do you plan to pursue a different career in politics? His answer would tell you all you need to know regarding his (true) motive.

Post Week 1 Free Agency Mock Draft Traded back and executed the best mock draft of the offseason. Fortified the defense with four solid defensive linemen, physicality and speed at Safety and Linebacker. Also added weapons on offense that can contribute on special teams. #Bears

@ArthurArkush Stop creating controversy using this under performing (8 sack in two seasons) OLB that isn’t even a fit for the Bears defensive scheme. If the Bears had signed him you’d butcher the signing. The offseason includes the draft which has a deep DE class. Trust the process. Be patient

@ArthurArkush Yes Controversy! you said, the Bears just entirely “neglecting” EDGE in free agency as if they had $20M+ in cap space to give Phillips, Oweh, Hendrickson, Bradley or Mafe, so it’s not just by choice. We all know that they will be addressing EDGE in the draft. Patience is a virtue

Post DJ Moore/Pre-Free Agency Mock Draft Bears will sign a FA edge rusher. DT is the most importantly need, a 3T that can consistently dent the pocket and anchor in the run game. As well as a NT that can anchor like a tree and occasionally push the pocket in the passing game.
