This is a dramatized animation of a real 2018 case from Phoenix, Arizona. A nurse named Nathan Sutherland at Hacienda HealthCare facility raped and impregnated a woman in a vegetative state (she'd been incapacitated since childhood, not a 2013 coma). She gave birth Dec 2018; DNA matched him. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in 2021.
The video uses fake names (Daniel/Mia), alters the timeline, and adds a fictional "she woke up" ending—she didn't. Core facts of the assault are true and horrific. No new 2026 case matches this.
