I just created my first AI male model in Flora AI and I'm excited about where this is going. The goal is to build models I can deploy for UGC content and product ads for brands. The consistency across outputs is what gets me. Different scenes but same faces, everytime. Now here's something I've been thinking about. Almost every AI UGC model or avatar I've come across online is female. And honestly it's not hard to understand why. A huge chunk of UGC content lives in beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle spaces which have historically been marketed toward women. So the demand naturally pulled in that direction and the creators followed. But that also means there's a real gap. Men buy skincare. Men wear fashion. Men are the target audience for a huge range of consumer products that could benefit from this exact kind of content. The male side of AI UGC is still wide open and that's exactly where I'm planting a flag. This is still early work. More to share as I keep building and testing.
