The Uinta Basin Railway project will be a huge economic driver and asset for the Third Congressional District and Utah as a whole. I am excited to hear the news that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the case and will hopefully ease the burden of federal permitting moving forward. Last night I was honored to officiate in the grand opening of Roosevelt’s new Nature Park and fishing pond. Something that began a few years ago as an idea from one of our members of the Arts, Park and Rec Committee, became a reality last night after many hours of planning, hard work, collaboration and volunteerism. The hard work, dedication, and donations from staff, local businesses and volunteers was astounding! I’m humbled to live in such a generous community, that knows how to come together and accomplish great things. Thank you to all those that assisted in bringing this project to fruition, and thanks to everyone that came to participate in the festivities!

I think I can answer that question better than anyone else. Campaigning along side of all of the candidates in CD3, gives you a very intimate view of who each candidate is. Don’t you find it interesting that Chris Herrod, John Dougall and I all put our support behind the same individual? I support people who I see demonstrate integrity. I gave Zac my word that I would put my support behind him if I were to drop out first, and he gave me his word to do the same for me. I kept my word, even if it cost me votes, because truth and integrity are more important to me than winning an election. When asked if they would have voted in favor of the $61 billion aid package for Ukraine approved by Congress in April, ……….was the only candidate who refused to answer, saying he had not read the bill. When pressed on why he dodged the question, ………. said campaigning gets in the way of boning up on the topic. "If you've ever run a campaign, you have no idea how complicated it is. I keep in touch with the complicated issues of the day, but I am focused on marketing my message and winning this campaign," ……..said.

I saw your comment, and realized you must not know much about me, so I thought I would share a few things. I pushed back on COVID lockdowns, rooted out corruption, passed term limits, and put the people back in the drivers seat of power in my City by organizing 5 citizen committees. I’ve done everything we conservatives believe should happen in relationship to government. I’ve kept every promise I made as Mayor and more.
