@BollingKeith I get those shorts ads all the time. I’m not a man and I don’t have a wife 🤷‍♀️

I get these adds for shorts all the time. Anyone else? What does ‘the right pieces’ refer to? I showed the Ad to my wife - Jaw dropping was not the phrase she used🤣

@BollingKeith Yes, I’m also bombarded with this ad. I haven’t shown my wife the ad, but she is not easily impressed and a pair of distinctly run-of-the-mill looking shorts, I doubt, will change that. Even given the near magical powers claimed for them.

@anon_opin Liked for half of it. But the 2nd half is wrong. The electric motor and battery as pedal assist allows many less able cyclists to carry on cycling into old age or illness. It increases participation and stops hills being a blocker.

The bicycle is probably the most perfect machine ever devised. It's simple, efficient and almost anyone can ride and understand it. The last thing it needs is a heavy battery and a load of complex electronics shoved into it

It took 9 years and 3 billion miles to get this shot. Pluto’s icy Mountains. But how exactly did we get it? A story of one of NASA’s greatest missions:

This was Belle on Weds. Happy in her daily walk. Yesterday, she collapsed. Today we have lost her. 11 plus years of being a pain in the arse and of course bringing joy and love. ❤️

How sad. I liked Ask Jeeves, but after many years, it closed down yesterday. Always thought of it as the Mr Benn of search engines.

Trump: 18 trillion now pouring into our country. Less than 1 trillion in 4 years. That's 18 times more, but think of it, it's really almost 100 times more if you really multiply it out properly

@ScarredForLife2 Ah, the summer of 1984! Stone washed trousers with inexplicable pockets & D-rings, Two Tribes, no1all summer, The LA Olympics, V, and Quattro; forever the taste of unrequited love for lonely, 14yr old me!!!

Unlike the happy, roller-skating, all-American feel-good adverts for Pepsi and Coke, quintessential 80s soft drink QUATRO (1982) went for a dark, grungy, machine-smashing cyberpunk aesthetic, courtesy Annabel Jankel and Rocky Morton (Max Headroom, the Accidents Will Happen video)

Very Important Message!! Do NOT, and I repeat do not buy plants treated with Neonicotinoids. Bees take the pollen back to the hive and feed it to the brood. This is a number one cause of the colony collapse. It's important to NOT buy these plants! Make sure to share this post!

Something crazy happened to by brother in law a couple of nights ago..he was driving his lorry near Woolavington in Somerset when he had to swerve to avoid an animal in the road.. He couldn't believe his eyes.. and nor could the policewoman behind him.. it was only a Wallaby!😮
