@Shinedown My name is Bryan Fischer and I served in the Marine Corps from 2004 to 2012.  When I was in Fallujah, Iraq in 2006 doing 100+ convoy missions, Shinedown came to perform for us in a little theatre with a small little platform that they were on for the Marine Corps birthday.

@Martina Martina, the UK Parliament has NOT legalised abortion up to birth. The change removes criminal penalties for women who end their pregnancies outside current limits. It does NOT create a new legal right to abortion at any stage, & doctors remain bound by 24-week rules.

Starmer claims Mandelson lied to him during the vetting process. I don’t doubt that. He says Mandelson claims he ‘barely knew’ Epstein. I don’t doubt he said that either. But if Starmer believed that — when there was already plenty of compelling evidence to show it was a lie — then he was not fit to be part of the vetting process. It’s hard to avoid the conclusion Starmer/McSweeney were so keen to have Mandelson in Washington that they brushed aside anything inconvenient the vetting process threw up.
