Trauma is crazy. Cause what do you mean during survival mode I dissociated so hard I can't remember half of my life and I can only sometimes remember most of my memories of someone brings them up. I cannot recall more than half my life like.

They gave you version 1.0 with whatever they had, love, fear, survival, everything they knew. Now you’re in update mode forever. Fix the bad parts, change old beliefs, remove what hurts you. The real glow-up is not becoming someone new… it’s deleting the stuff that was never really you. Keep updating until you feel good inside. ⛳️
