You guys ever have that thought of “damn I got family’s to feed now” after hiring a VA or 2. Sounds corny but since hiring it’s made me way more locked in, if I don’t perform family’s don’t get fed.

Wonder how I’ll look back on my 20’s when I’m in my 30’s 40’s. Anyone else ever just realize that like holy shit I’m alive? Like actually zoom out and realize there’s a world of cool shit you haven’t yet experienced. And u gotta continue putting up shots til u can get to those great times in life. Wonder if I’ll ever look back at these times where it’s just non stop push to the top and miss it. Probably.

Check out my newest YT vid. Gonna be uploading a video once a week trying to scale from $1M - $3M by the end of 2026. I’ve decided that I’m gonna be sharing more of the journey but at much higher level buiz acumen. No one is really doing it on YT so figured why not pick up the camera and share more. Don’t ask me how long this thumbnail took to get right lol😂 Watch it now: youtu.be/YpFPfyiZVnE

When’s the right time to go full time ? I find myself asking this question a lot. Full-time Amazon isn’t a leap of faith —it’s a controlled transition. I’m focused on building systems, not chasing urgency. When the foundation is strong enough, going full-time isn’t scary… it’s obvious. January for me currently is the month of setting the foundation.

Key Things To Think About For 2026 Amz -ReUp. Last year I didn’t realize the true value of staying in stock until later in Q4. -Having extra shipping supplies on hand lol. I was always running out of boxes and tape until I just bit the bullet and bought tons of supplies. -NETWORK, finding your people will make you the most money this year and every year. -2025 Q4 tested my systems I had in place and for my first year it worked well but not great. I saw the cracks in my buisness and I must solve them now. So basically just deal with the boring things early👍 LOCK IN THIS YEAR @KelleyPatr3378 @Niahneb @FbaTrubb @flips4miles

2025 was a great learning year… now it’s time to heat things up. Got amazing goals set in place for 2026 financially and mentally. Can’t wait to see what I can do in 2026 and who I meet along the way. Looking forward to being more active on here everyday of 2026. @flips4miles

Biggest Takeaway From My First Q4 - Go DEEPER The amount of times I found myself saying I wish I would have went deeper on that. I feel if I would have went deeper to this point I could be at 35k+ this month. Part of my problem was trusting in my abilities, but now that I look back, every single play of mine worked. Margins just kept growing throughout last month and this month aswell. Anyways, Q4s been a great confidence booster and I’ve learned plenty of new things. WE STILL IN THIS GRIND

I’d make a bet that a majority of successful entrepreneurs in their 20’s once played a load of video games in their early years as a kid/teen. Bc entrepreneurs strive for one thing and that’s progression/problem solving. And if u ever played video games, that’s the whole point of it. Progress through the level to get xyz reward. Only the difference between losers who do that forever and the ones who use that personality trait and do something w their lives, is life priority. Realizing that yeah playing games is fun, but ur better off taking that same level of tenacity and effort into building your character in real life. Money, status, health, relationships. That’s the modern day young entrepreneur. Guys who focus on life maxing in multiple areas. Just like how you could fuck with the slider of your character in a game u can do that irl with the same amount of time input.

Business will test you. → Customers will be upset. → Plans will flop. → Confidence will waver. But if you can regulate your emotions, You make it through just about anything. Emotional skill is a business skill.
