A federal grand jury has indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), charging them with wire fraud, bank fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

It doesn’t sound like you understand how these cases work. Let me give you background. The Sheriff and Feds are investigating. That investigation is still ongoing. Meaning if you file a FOIA, you will get turned down. There’s something called HIPAA and she has a right to keep her medical records private. If this goes to trial, her records will be made available to the defense. She’s not making claims that aren’t backed up by medical experts.

I know it seemed like a soft ball interview but my approach was deliberate. Their attorneys were present and a harder approach wouldn’t have produced the same results.
