Um projeto de autoria da deputada Ana Pimentel (PT-MG), para o qual há expectativa de votação em regime de urgência na Câmara, pode tornar lei federal a definição de mulher como “toda pessoa que se identifica e se reconhece no gênero feminino, inclusive mulheres trans, travestis e pessoas não binárias que assim se identifiquem”. Embora o objetivo declarado seja criar regras para o enfrentamento à chamada “misoginia digital”, o PL 6194/2025 pode servir como um cavalo de troia da ideologia de gênero, legalizando no país o conceito de mulher como qualquer pessoa que assim se identifica. A matéria, que trata sobre “o enfrentamento à misoginia em aplicações de internet”, pretende responsabilizar civilmente (por danos morais, materiais e existenciais) autores de postagens consideradas ofensivas a mulheres, além de prever moderação, remoção e desmonetização desses conteúdos por parte das plataformas digitais.
