The Nigerian Army @HQNigerianArmy has no legal basis to arrest and detain civilians and then secretly transfer them to another agency. Any such action violates due process and undermines the rule of law. The officer or officers responsible for carrying out such an unlawful arrest must be identified and held accountable under the law. Likewise, any personnel within the lawless @OfficialDSSNG or @PoliceNG who facilitated or attempted to conceal such actions must also be investigated and sanctioned accordingly. No institution or individual should operate above the law, and accountability must be enforced across all security agencies. CLARIFICATION ON THE ARREST OF JUSTICE MARK CHIDIEBERE (JUSTICE CRACK) The attention of the Nigerian Army was drawn to the complaint made by some soldiers regarding their feeding and other matters relating to their welfare as posted on social media by a blogger/social media influencer, Justice Mark Chidiebere (Justice Crack). While the matter is being investigated for breach of the Armed Forces’ Social Media Policy and an attempt to misinform the public, preliminary report reveals that the soldiers discussed wide range of issues with Justice Chidiebere who seemed to be inciting soldiers to create discontent within the system. An example was a chat bothering on subversion which Chidiebere had with the soldiers. It is important to state that a situation where civilians cultivate vulnerable personnel towards acts of subversion has far-reaching implications on discipline and national security. Hence, Justice Chidiebere was picked by the Nigerian Army alongside the soldiers for investigation. While the soldiers remain in own custody, Chidiebere has been handed over to the relevant civil authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution. The Nigerian Army remains committed to the rule of law and will continue to collaborate with relevant agencies to ensure justice is served. BREAKING: The Nigerian Army @HQNigerianArmy has effectively confirmed its involvement in the abduction of @Justice_Crack after his vehicle was traced directly to their premises at the CIC. In an apparent attempt to deflect responsibility, they subsequently enlisted the support of the lawless Department of State Services @OfficialDSSNG to take custody of him. However, that maneuver comes too late, the facts are already established. @Justice_Crack must be released immediately.

This has to be the most shameless government in Nigeria’s history. About three weeks ago, the leadership of the PRP, led by its National Chairman, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, paid a courtesy visit to the National Chairman of the ADC. A few days later, rumours began to circulate that the coalition leadership was considering the PRP as an option. Although this is not true, it took only that single whiff of speculation for a faction to emerge almost overnight in what had been a historically tranquil political party, challenging the leadership of Baba-Ahmed. This is the reality of Nigeria’s shrinking democratic space under the All Progressives Congress. The government may continue to deny any involvement in the crises within other parties, insisting that these are merely internal failures, but the pattern is visible. The world can see what is happening. More importantly, they can see where this path leads. But here is the question: is there no one within the APC who can caution those engineering crises in opposition parties that they are, in fact, sowing the seeds of national instability? A political strategy that is anchored on sabotaging every opposition platform is ultimately self-destructive. When people are left with no options, they are, in reality, left with no choice.

This criminal Nafiu Bala scheduled his factional ADC “national convention” for today at the National Stadium in Abuja. No one came? An empty venue. No turnout. Even members of his own faction stayed away. Also notice how Wike and Tinubu had no issue granting him access to the stadium for this, but David Mark was reportedly denied the same opportunity.

Bail is a constitutional right not a tool for punishment or intimidation. Using bail as a means of caging Nigerians is unjust, unlawful, and unacceptable. Bon Bread lodged a complaint to the police against her. We received a distress call this night that she honoured police invitation since 12pm on Monday, April 20, 2026 but she was detained afterwards. I came to Zone 7 this night along with @p_oruche and @Peter4Nigeria. Following the intervention of the IGP, @TunjiDisu1, she has been released at 12:30 AM today, Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
