The audio in #Battlefield6 is atrocious.
The 1st clip has 2 instances of there being ZERO audio from the ziplines being used. The guy I die to used the zip to cross to my side of the building.
The 2nd clip is an example of how footsteps suddenly appear. I should've been able to hear both of these players well before reaching the doorway.
It's not settings, it's not my headphones, it's not anything to do with my setup, it's Battlefield 6. The audio makes this game almost unplayable when crucial audio queues are completely absent.

Can’t speak to internal reasons but as visuals get better (and destruction being part of this) you tend to pay a downstream cost when it comes to asset creation - BF4 had significantly less destruction and was 1.5 consoles ago.

Battlefield 4 had a FRACTION of the dev resources that BF6 has and we still got tons of maps and guns in the first few months of the game's life. There is NO reason why we shouldn't at LEAST be getting 2 new maps and 2 remade maps from older games per season.

Season 2 can't come soon enough.
Battlefield 6 needs PROPER content - I'm talking MAPS, MAPS, MAPS, more MAPS and maybe some more... MAPS.
(I know S2 was delayed to fix things, but the game just needs more varied maps ASAP)

@DanNeedsANap @JundaFPS 2042 launched in a before alpha state . No scoreboard, no classes , major bugs , half built maps , they had to spend a year redoing all the maps before the first season actualy started

@EndersFPS I wish they would come out with an explanation why they can't have server browser .. this system failed all the way through 2042 and its pretty shocking now.. on breakthrough im gettin constant defence and only rotating between 2 or 3 maps .. im so sick of empire state and cairo

@TBagGamingYT Hate live service model on battlefield .. clearly can't release enough maps each season .. rather go back to premium . Splits the player base but they are already doing that with the 10 thousand different games modes in the menus haha

Is DICE / EA dropping the ball again with Battlefield 6?
I don't know if nowadays us gamers have the attention span that of a goldfish, or if there is an actual lack of content - especially new (big) maps.
Like REDSEC is already kinda fading from my memory. Just me?

@BFBulletin There's many great maps from past battlefields that new fans haven't experienced that could be remastered and everyone would be happy .. then they can take time to create and properly test new maps

Senior Environment Artist Anton Ek says New Sobek City map was built in around 5 months #Battlefield6.
That's in a shorter time frame than #Battlefield2042 maps which, according to former DICE GM Oskar Grabielson, took around 6-12 months each.

they literally host Friday night battlefield servers on 2042 and that's a persistent server with proper map rotation

Battlefield 6 really needs some form of persistent-servers...
Played the same maps many many times yesterday, and it gets so tiring. A persistent server with a map-rotation would fix do many things.
