@CAHSTrackField senior @ChisomC856 has made her college decision!!!! As your coach so proud and excited for you!! Can not wait to see you run at the next level. Keep grinding and keep growing!!!

Wow!!! What a day for @CAHSTrackField the freshman that started our rebuilding process all graduated today! As their coach I’m more proud of this day than anything they accomplished on the track. 5 seniors all have been accepted to college with 4 doing track.

So proud of this group and the season we have had. We took another step this season. We are building something special!!!

Good luck to our @CAHSTrackField female athletes who compete today in Regional 5 for their shot to qualify for the state track meet next week.

Friday night at the Trojans classic came away with two more PRs for their relays. @CAHSTrackField girls 4x100 49.84 and @CAHSTrackField boys 4x800 with 8:47.68. Then also two boys in the open 800 and our boys open 400 runner also left with new PRs.

Congrats to our @CAHSTrackField teams on sweeping the GIAC conference track and field meet. We had a lot of conference champs and a lot of season PRs and new school top times over the last 20 years. #keepgrinding #wenotdoneyet #stayhungry

Great opening night for @CAHSTrackField! Boys 4x800 with a 9:25 fastest time in 15 years for an Attucks track and field team. @ChisomC856 with double PRs in the 100 and 200. Girls 4x100 with new school leading time of 50.01. Just wow what night expectations are high this year!

Congrats to our @CAHSTrackField on our great effort today! With numerous PRs. @Lariahno with 48-6 in the shot put. Boys and girls 4x200 with improvements from a week ago. Boys and Girls 4x800 both ran new season bests today. Girls 4x400 ran second fastest time in two years.

Great First meet by out young @CAHSTrackField. We went to Purdue and learned a lot about ourselves and how to improve as track and field team. Excited for the grind and the growth that is ahead of us this season!!!
