Congrats to our @CAHSTrackField on our great effort today! With numerous PRs. @Lariahno with 48-6 in the shot put. Boys and girls 4x200 with improvements from a week ago. Boys and Girls 4x800 both ran new season bests today. Girls 4x400 ran second fastest time in two years.
