@AvantiWestCoast Hi, I was supposed to be on the 3:25 pm from Oxenholme to Euston today but it now says it’s cancelled. I have an off-peak return ticket - presuming I can use this on the next service? Also if I DM you my ticket details can you reserve me a seat please?

@AvantiWestCoast I have an off peak ticket. If the service was severely delayed and I didn't want to/couldn't travel that late, would I be able to use my ticket on another service tomorrow?
