But everybody shouldn't be a free agent every single year. Pro leagues don't allow that for good reason. Keep NIL but go back to the old transfer rules

@PeteFiutak Michigan State, Michigan, Florida, UCLA, and Indiana took me no time or thinking at all to come up with. So that's 5 obvious. I assume the other 4 are good football programs that won a college basketball championship back in the day. Maybe Colorado, Georgia Tech, or Washington?

Nine schools won both an NCAA men's basketball title and a college football national championship (only AP, Coaches/UPI, NCF pre-1936 count ... no on 1964 Arkansas football)
4 are obvious, 4 are gettable, and forget it on the last one (power conference program, I had no chance)
