@PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp The shipment is now 17 days since submission, with Dec 10th being departure from a sort facility, followed by "weather day" the next day, Dec 11th. So it's departed a sort facility, but effectively missing & unreported now for ELEVEN days. Where is it?

why would purolator tell me that my package is in the vehicle for delivery then proceeds to tell me 7 hours after that there has been a delay due to the weather ??? its not even snowing 😭

@PurolatorHelp I'd like to find out if there's any update to my package that's now 1 week delayed by 'extreme weather'. This isn't a gift, it's a return product to receive a refund and it has a schedule.

@Creality3dP G'day. Question: Will you be adding more free gifts for qualifying orders? Or any items that aren't specific to 3d printing? Everything other than filament is sold out, leaving no free gift for any large orders not relevant to filament. :(
