@PurolatorHelp Another pretend delivery. How did they travel 3 hours in 1 hour? Where is the delivery notice card? Delivery is your only job. Too much to ask for on a Friday of a long weekend?

@PurolatorHelp 5 other companies made it to my home in the last 48 hours, but not Purolator. They couldn't get here because of 'construction, despite the fact it was well beyond my home. My parcel which I needed 2 days ago sits in a warehouse & 'should be here tomorrow'! Thanks

@PurolatorHelp How come in the "old times" a package from ON to QC would normally be delivered next day, but now you cannot even update the delivery date after 4 days? ;) Improved logistics?

just curious how umg getting a canada warehouse back has resulted in more expensive shipping rates…shouldn’t domestic shipping be cheaper ?? i’d rather deal with border delays than almost double the shipping cost 🫠

how many times can one package arrive at a @PurolatorHelp sort facility? Not an efficient process by the looks of it and the likely cause of delays.

@GaiaResearchMB Anything being processed at the Winnipeg facility may be delayed due to high volume. The shipment should be out for delivery tomorrow. If there is no updated scan after 11AM tomorrow morning, contact us here, and we will have a tracing specialist verify this further for you. 1/2

Usual spring shipping headaches. 15 box shipment with overnight service from SK last Thurs via @PurolatorHelp @PurolatorInc. 14 arrived the next day. One box still hasn't arrived in Manitoba. Tried an online chat, was told "delays happen". 15 identical boxes, same labels. 🤔
