@PurolatorHelp 7 boxes sent Wednesday from Quebec. 8am Toronto - all boxes out for delivery except 1. 10:30am - 1 box is delayed until Monday, 5 still out for delivery, and the 7th one is still “picked up” at Montreal (not “Out for Delivery”). I need to wait from 8am to 9pm. What is this?!

@PurolatorHelp The delivery driver that delivers to our house is lazy and doesn’t ever ring the doorbell. He just tags every delivery for next day pick up at the local retail outlet. This happens every time and I am beyond frustrated with deliveries that are time-sensitive!!

@PurolatorHelp I am tired of calling in to complain. So publicly it will be. You can see we have a green metal box to put parcels in. With a clear sign. Your delivery people need to start reading and follow directions. The small box on top of the lid that opens is not in the box

@PurolatorHelp It took a week to receive - you refuse to communicate with the recipient in real-time - you're committed to delivering "we missed you" notes, instead of products. I couldn't get my product at your depot with drivers license and your slip with my name on it. Brutal model.
