I always talk about lists. I wanted to showcase an example of what I write down in the morning. Here is my STD (Sh1t to Do) list. But figure out what works for you best.

Having a huge heart and an old soul is a gift and a curse. We feel the hurts in humanity. We experience the love embedded in beauty and compassion. The energy fuels us. Drains us. Drives us. We reflect. We learn. We grow.

Never underestimate how your message will land! My "X10'd Your Life" workshop series started with an intro to mind mastery. I recorded a YouTube video, at my desk, with a slide deck. Not at all technically professional, but it worked. I have received great feedback via email and in person, from people I did not think would be interested. @lessaraebiger I can agree if the decision was made in the heat of the moment without much consideration given. Even when an answer is needed immediately, we should take a brief second to detach from the situation to see all sides of the problem, before proceeding with a solution.
