Started Picking at a new character for a personal project. Grabbed the hair from an abandoned exploration. Still playing around with proportions. Wanna play with my wing feather setup to drive the cloak...think it might work.

MRS FK orient dynamic parent setup added to limbs and more. Josh had been doing some fps work and forgot while we hadn't originally added it. So, it's in.
Sorry we've been quiet. Just plugging along making stuff.

#midjourney had a new release this week and I wanted to see how it worked with my proxy rigs from MRS. This is my giant otter proxy rig (top). Removing the control curves would be better results.
Pretty neat visualization tool for rough geo before committing to a final look.

Josh got GrAIBox running last night. We updated the tutorial cleaning up some friction points.
Note - This is the only tool in our toolbox that has extra external install stuff. Every other tool is just in the repos.

Ran the cgmTools GrAIBox tutorial last night to test it for my buddy. AI tools take a bit to install, but... They work :)

Unreal Tip | If you've ever needed a specific order on materials coming into to Unreal from Maya. The '_skin01' post on this worked.

Ran into a weird bug with 2023 where Maya wouldn't update the timeline between files. Data is stored in the scenes but not being updated. This worked for now. I added it to cgmScene's load button for Maya 22+ until it's resolved.

@Kiana_Kaluun @riggingdojo Nope, that's other stuff. We have a self guided MRS class with them and we have a bunch of vids on our Discord. If you're interested, check out the faq for learning MRS. There's free vids and some sub ones you can see with a free trial.

@CgMonastery @riggingdojo Doesn’t that cost? Their page says $750 or 1500 for advance classes. Is their Discord free to join or “students/alumni” only?
