We can either end Islamic immigration completely, or every American city will look like this.

@kevinamezaga This bill ties the hands of cities from restricting destination water and amusement parks. It was passed so the Fountainblue could build a water park over the objections of their neighbors. It won’t increase the housing stock in Miami Beach
English

This is actually good. Cities like Miami Beach have wrongly rejected any housing growth in their city to cater toward their wealthiest residents, and have lost tens of thousands of residents over the past two decades.
Enough is enough. Build.

@0Mellowa @Kagan_M_Dunlap It’s 5 words, clear as day. Take this moment to reflect inward on your mental state
English

@0Mellowa @Kagan_M_Dunlap I wasn’t criticizing, maybe you’re just the type of person that craves conflict when none exists ✌️
English

@shhr1i @Kagan_M_Dunlap You need to go back to school for reading comprehension
English

@Tm_Saudi1 @Kagan_M_Dunlap lol- 1) I use a bidet 2) you should re-read the 5 words I wrote 3) you should go touch grass and not automatically assume the worst in the world
English

@CharlieNJ @Kagan_M_Dunlap cleaning your ass with a paper, how civilized are the West
English

@salemsfes @Kagan_M_Dunlap It was a compliment, but people love to fight on Twitter for no reason 🤷♂️
English

@Kagan_M_Dunlap It’s wild how many commentators assume I am being sarcastic and I don’t actually mean the five words I wrote
English

@FaithWolfa @Kagan_M_Dunlap lol, I agree. It’s why I called shoes off civilized 🤷♂️ Why you picking random fights on twitter?
English

@CharlieNJ @Kagan_M_Dunlap Most countries with deep historical civilizations take off their shoes at the door, out of a desire for cleanliness and respect.
Shoes swipes all kinds of dirts from outside therefore we do our best for hygiene
So STFU
English

@emy12120 @Kagan_M_Dunlap lol, I agree. It’s why I called shoes off civilized 🤷♂️
English

@CharlieNJ @Kagan_M_Dunlap You enter the house with your shoes with all the dirt of the street, how civilized is this
English

@Utopia75 @Kagan_M_Dunlap lol, I agree. It’s why I called it civilized 🤷♂️
English

@CharlieNJ @Kagan_M_Dunlap Right because dragging dirt, bacteria, and street filth into your living space is the real sign of ‘civilization.’ That’s called hygiene you might want to try it.

@AaronDeMayo I mean we’d have to walk for 30’ in length with low head clearance. Maybe we go down some and just lose the path in storms or high tides. Maybe make it feel like a wet path ( but keeping our feet dry)
English

@CharlieNJ I think it’s a lot less than 30’ of head clearance where the current land edge is located under the bridge.
I agree though, I think we should use that portion, or just dig down a bit to create the needed clearance. Way faster and cheaper.

From the @MiamiHerald: "Only when [the Herald site] is developed will the 1979 requirement kick in."
The Herlad Office Building was torn down, replaced by massive concrete slabs and new utility grids to support profitable events like the Boat Show and Art Basel. If the site is "developed" enough to support commercial infrastructure, why is it not "developed" enough to trigger the #Baywalk?
It is peak irony that Dan Paul,, who defended the Herald’s rights at the Supreme Court in Tornillo and represented the paper for 30 years, now has his legacy of public waterfront access stalled on the very ground where the Herald once stood.
I implore the Herald Editorial Board to investigate this loophole of the term "Substantial Improvement" as to how it relates to the Baywalk and Riverwalk. #BuildTheBaywalk #Miami #UrbanPlanning

@AaronDeMayo Honestly, we could just walk under the bridge on a cleanup sidewalk with a sign that says “duck, watch your head”
It’s 30 feet under a bridge. We can get a more permanent nicer solution later
