@PanktiMehta24 @smlungpathguy I think thats the referral bias for rheumatologist. I’m guessing You guys get known CTD, or antibody positive etc. Ask your pulm ILD group, they should see some biopsies for those undiagnosed ones.

@ChestradRoy @smlungpathguy But it's the case in Canada too. I don't see lung biopsies being done to confirm the type of ILD (in systemic rheumatic diseases)

@smlungpathguy @PanktiMehta24 It is a very nuanced issue and I think this paper by dr gruden was before the present ATS classification. Also for your experience @PanktiMehta24 , honestly the subspecialty practice in rad or path is not very well established in India.

Every democracy reserves the right to kick out "visitors" - whether they are student/tourist/business visa - without assigning any reason. Onus is on the "visitor" to justify his/her staying or continuing to stay, not host country. Period.

Why do the anesthesiologists hanker for patient interaction so much? No other field makes this so much about how they are sacrificing patient interaction for the greater good! When I took #Anaesthesia lot of people told me patient recognition will be lost forever! I am just in 50 days of my residency, dere r many patients who comes in search for me on review PACs, coming to tell me d surgery is over &we r fine& leaving hospital!! Thankful &blessed😇
