Win games and no one will care about this come December. The man just took the team from the 4th pick in the draft to a SB appearance. Firing him now would be idiotic for this. Players/coaches have done a lot worse and kept their jobs because of their talent and what they bring.

@DezBryant There's a code of conduct in every contract and if players are held to this standard, coaches should be as well. I don't think he should be fired, but I'd understand if the organization moved on from him.
