Today, I was able to secure an Urgent Question to ask the Primary Care Minister about the GP contract changes. ▶️ Still no answers about what defines "urgent" and "dealt with" on the day ▶️ No answers on how to keep patients safe with uncapped demand 1/3

▶️No answer about where those now kept from being referred to hospital are recorded - they won't appear on waiting lists in secondary care, so where will they be? Simply waiting elsewhere in the system, not showing in stats! There are many more questions to be answered! 3/3

▶️ No answer about the fact Advice & Guidance will now be mandatory, meaning a GP won't be able to refer directly to a consultant on almost every case, and who is responsible for the care 2/3

You can be a "case" in the meningitis outbreak even if you don't have meningitis.

Most people don’t realise where the £180 million actually went at the A303 Stonehenge tunnel project. It wasn’t construction. It was years of: • Environmental impact assessments • Heritage & archaeological studies • Legal challenges and consultations • Design, engineering and traffic modelling • Public inquiries and revisions All before a single shovel hit the ground. This is the real problem in Britain: We don’t just waste money, we build systems that guarantee it. £180 million to build nothing.
