The “Swivel Block”. This type of block, ESPECIALLY at the HS level, is an extremely important technique to use. You have to know that there are just some guys you can’t drive off of the ball. That’s when this block comes in. Hit PS chestplate then shuffle your feet into the hole.

Players are concerned with losing weight before the season. Focus on improving athleticism and eat clean without too much of a caloric restriction. Let the training get you in shape if you're an athlete. Do not sacrifice on your diet. It will kill your performance.
