Not sure if anyone has the answer to this but, what college teams use the “tag up” strategy for offensive rebounding? I’m trying to learn as much as I can about it.

This Weekend marked 250 games coached together with @CoachSMT 10 Years. Its what alignment, trust and friendship looks like. Idk if we got another 250 in us but the journey still has a bunch of layers to unfold. Not bad being 5-1 at @JohnWallHoliday in two appearances either!

Not going to make many coaching friends here but… I didn’t realize until getting into HS basketball how much the charge has (rightfully) been officiated out of college basketball.
It’s an epidemic in HS basketball. Standing under an airborne offensive player at the rim is not defense. We’re risking major injury by rewarding it and teaching basketball that doesn’t translate to any other level.

My favorite comment in regards to the shot clock debate is people thinking that no shot clock = better shot quality. 🛑
There is no correlation with this assumption.
The highest % FGA are in the first 8 seconds of a possession, across all competitive levels of play.
Development is ONLY maximized WITH A SHOT CLOCK. This is simply because decisions under a time constraint create better decision makers.
