I don't think I've ever seen or experienced something as unappealing and ugly as Industrial Porn. Y'know, Brazzers... Pornhub. Stuff like that. Any sort of IRL thing related to sex that ISN'T homemade to some capacity is immediately gross and as hot as a dying raccoon to me.

I try and keep my streams a space that is positive, mostly free of politics, and serves as a relief from all the bullshit of the world. I know a lot of other streamers do the same. But I cannot be silent on this. I do not want there to be any doubt as to where I stand on the matter of what is happening in this country. I am not scared of losing followers. I am not scared of hateful comments. I am scared of never having spoken up against unjust, uncaring, and un-American practices carried out by this administration that are moving very swiftly into fascism. What is happening in this country right now CANNOT be ignored. We are seeing the weaponization of ICE and DHS to target vulnerable communities (including U.S. citizens), seeing them act with total impunity, the erosion of due process, the manipulation of the media, and the normalization of blatant human rights violations under the guise of "security." When law enforcement and federal agencies are used to instill terror and demand compliance and complacency, and when the administration treats human beings as political pawns, we have crossed a line as a country that we cannot easily reverse. One that history has seen time and time again, and one that does not end without intervention. It is tempting to bury your head in the sand. It is tempting to try and avoid the negative feelings and sense of anxiety or doom that comes when reading about these events. It is tempting to excuse the actions of ICE and DHS and take what the news is saying at face value because otherwise you may have to confront your own long-standing beliefs or the reality that this administration does not care about its citizens. Do not give in to those temptations. Silence is a luxury that those currently being targeted do not have. Ignoring this is a luxury that WE don't have. We have a responsibility to look at the truth, even when it’s ugly—especially when it’s ugly - and to ACT. Silence isn’t "neutrality" anymore; it’s a CHOICE to let this continue. I may be a streamer, but I am first and foremost a human being who cares about other human beings. I will not be silent.
