@WilliamShatner @elonmusk Almost sounds like the constant Elon sends money scam. But I do trust the ethics of a starfleet captain.
English

So @elonmusk sent me some money via the #XMoney system. It’s not a ton of money but enough to get in trouble with! 😝
I’m thinking that the best way to test this system out is to send out XDollars to raise money for my charity. My thought right now is that if you make a donation and I’ll send you an Elon X dollar! What are the bragging rights worth for a dollar from Elon? Plus you become a member of Xmoney!
🤔I’d have to check with Elon to see if this is OK 👌🏻 with his team but I thought it would be a great way to kickstart adoption and make money for my charity.
Give it a thought. I’ll be back in about 8 days.

@Airport_FRA Ja.

@discord Crazy how much spam, scam and phishing there is on a post like this.
English

Hey @discord - after clicking the email verification link my account was immediately suspended for alleged toe violation. how can I get this fixed?

My Brazilian gf couldn't believe it when she asked my dad what he'd want for lunch he said "oh just a slice of bread and cheese or something"
I'm Dutch and I'm not exaggerating that this is literally what most Dutch people have for lunch
A piece of bread with a slice of cheese with a glass of milk
But they're tall so maybe it works!

Shahanshah of the Internet Age@ChazakielDoremi
This is genuinely, unironically what Dutch people are like

KubeCon NA 2025 is almost nigh upon us. And with it come the first two Agent0 MtG cards: The Seeker and the Oracle.
In Dash0, the Seeker is the Agentic SRE: it troubleshoots issues for and with you. In MtG, the Seeker is a creature that hunts down anomalies, helping you quickly get to the tools you need on the battlefield. Since anomalies are chaotic and deal (monetary, mental, and emotional) damage, they are clearly red. And what better than a Blue card to fight off Red shenanigans?
The Oracle in Dash0 explains and formulates complex queries for you, avoiding your confusion and the bad feeling that comes with it. In MtG, the Oracle is here to help withstand damage, giving you back life (health points in MtG) every time your opponent draws cards. And when you go above the 20 life you start the game with, it starts making your Artifact Creatures stronger, which of course include all the Agent0 Agentic AIs.
Playing the Seeker and the Oracle costs two island (blue) and two plains (white) mana, respectively. But we replaced those symbols with the icons associated with the Seeker and Oracle inside Dash0.
The power level of these cards is off the charts. This is how we feel about Agent0 in general, because nobody says you should play fair against issues in your applications. If you would like a copy of these cards, find us this week at the Dash0 Booth (710). We will be the folks dressed in the red overalls who are very passionate about observability. You cannot miss us.

Evaluated 6 observability platforms for our stack.
Datadog: $8,000/month, everything included
New Relic: $6,500/month, complex pricing
Grafana Cloud: $2,800/month, good enough
Self-hosted Prometheus: $800/month, high maintenance
Elastic Stack: $4,200/month, steep learning curve
Honeycomb: $5,000/month, amazing for traces
We chose Grafana Cloud.
Why:
- Team already knew Prometheus/Grafana
- 80% of features at 35% the cost
- Easy migration from self-hosted
- Could switch to self-hosted if needed
Perfect tool doesn't exist.
Good enough tool that your team will use wins.

@aegeanairlines how on earth did your ground crew think its wise to send the first bus front door and second bus back door? I have never ever seen a boarding messed up like today. Aisle blocked and passengers bumping into each other. How to make a late flight later a3 380
