We’re at RAF Northolt this weekend working on leadership with our cadets. Some excellent command tasks completed, a case study on Air Chief Marshall Dowding and a visit to the incredible @BofBBunker

The RAF @ccf were thrilled to have former cadet and now part of the DS A/Plt Off May teach a flight planning lesson whilst on study break from his flying training with Leading Edge. A great evening ahead of AEF that bought the @aircadets syllabus to life!

Remembrance Dinner 2023

As we approach the month of remembrance, cadets completed a cemetery guided tour at Brookwood cemetary, run by the @CWGC. Always a poignant part of our October camp to Pirbright.

Brilliant end to the CCF Mountain skills course. Not only did we bag Tryfan to add to our summit list, we also had a fly past from two RAF Typhoons in the valley

Ex CRACKSHOT COLFEIAN 23 tested the cadets on Hythe Ranges, putting their skill at arms training into practice. Some excellent shooting!

@jodie_colby Etsy- great WWII style posters, sometimes Star Wars related or actual navy army raf etc. can be bought in person or digitally and printed yourself- we have some in our office we used!

A busy evening with our senior cadets route planning ahead of their Gold expeds in @eryrinpa - lots of discussions about campsites and summit preferences!

Roebucks #cafe is at the heart of the school and an important part of the 6th form centre. Leaving Y13s often give heartfelt cards of thanks to the lovely team who keep us full of hot drinks and snacks and offer so much care, love and attention to pupils & staff. We ❤️ Roebucks.

Air cadets assemble! The RAF Section had a fantastic day at @RAFBenson who hosted the Air Cadet Muster- complete with chinook AEF, F35, phenom, Texan and Lancaster flypast and opportunities to speak to serving RAF personnel.

Today over 1400 troops, 200 horses and 400 musicians from across the Household Division marked The King's official birthday. Bringing celebrations to a close, a flypast of 70 aircraft from all three services took to the skies, flying over Buckingham Palace. #TroopingtheColour

Eyes to the sky folks! A few of our lucky cadets will be able to see some of these aircraft at the National Air Cadet Muster at RAF Benson later today too
