IMO the ballpark stuff around MLB is getting a little gimmicky. 3ft long quesadillas… custom carrying cases for said food… some of it is really fun but like how are people going to comfortably eat these huge gimmicky items? i personally just rather have things more affordable

I dont mind people talking biomechanics or what have you but so much of it is presented as universal-as if there is a right or wrong way-when oftentimes the effectiveness of a mechanic can be read off the outcome. I'm just not convinced that prescriptive takes are that useful.

@BeersWithAndres I was in Sydney, AUS, where there are speed cameras everywhere, and it was amazing. Relaxed, orderly traffic, everybody at or under the limit. They absolutely work.

@TheGnarlyGnome Shot in the dark. Clear draft lines + leaving fluorescent lights on in the cooler overnight could do that.

I’m certainly no expert… but can someone help me understand why a draft beer would be skunked? I’m sure it was the first pour of the day (not a brewery) it’s a local beer I’ve had many, many times - but I could smell it before it even got in front of me.

@thequeengeek Best of luck. After multiple years and appeals, my family just got denied. Apparently the courts recently changed the interpretation of a statute to when the children of our Italian GMa were naturalized, not born. If naturalized as minors, no dice on citizenship.

Ya'll, families used to be FUCKED UP. I'm doing our family tree to get Italian citizenship and I keep finding out that my grandparents had siblings that died as children they NEVER MENTIONED.
