So many people giving out BS advice on training.
Regular humans don’t need to spend 2hrs in a gym 5 days a week to look, feel and be healthy and in shape.

ideally, your gym routine should look like this: Monday – 2hrs (back & bicep) Tuesday – 2hrs (shoulder & triceps) Wednesday – 2hrs (full body) Thursday – rest Friday – 2hrs (leg day) Saturday – 2hrs (abs & chest) Sunday – rest day. do this consistently for one year and you will get your best body shape.
