@SouthernRailUK currently in West Norwood but there’s no staff members by the ticket barriers. I have a gold card but because it is a paper ticket it’s not reading properly. How do I exit

Out station staff monitor situations like this. If a train terminates and a platform becomes too busy, for safety, people will be asked to move.
