They really captured one ๐Ÿ›ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ My friend just sent this from the Nevada desert, where they were chasing something that didnโ€™t move like a normal human just watch how it glides across the sand; this doesnโ€™t look like a prank at all.

Most people are respectful and thankful that I share this journey. The excessive volume of troll and hate replies, however, is rather telling. In 35 years of investing, Iโ€™ve never seen a cohort as immature, inexperienced, and blinded as parts of crypto culture. Close a position thatโ€™s up from $4k, roughly a 20x, and suddenly itโ€™s โ€œyou capitulated the April lowsโ€ or โ€œpaper hands.โ€ Mate, Bitcoin is up a whopping 8% since that action. I could buy it back today with minimal cost, but I donโ€™t, because that would violate my stated strategy. Many of the loudest critics are MSTR Strategy sheep. Had they โ€œcapitulatedโ€ then as well, they would have avoided a 38% drawdown from those same lows. And lets not talk about alt holders, many of whom are down far more. If you want to hold something purely out of ideology, regardless of price or risk, thatโ€™s your choice, but it isnโ€™t mine. What many fail to grasp is that investing isnโ€™t about falling in love with an asset, no matter how compelling the story. I view investing holistically, from a total allocation perspective. Selling Bitcoin in April, and again now, is simply execution of my strategy. Every strategy has weaknesses, all do. But follow it (then refine it) I do, because I choose discipline over emotion. For those worried about me โ€œmissing outโ€, I donโ€™t. I maintain a dedicated HODL allocation with a clearly defined long term mandate for that reason, because i believe in it over that timeframe. Separately, I run a more active, daily/weekly strategy designed to participate in upside surprises. If Bitcoin delivers a long-overdue hyperbitcoinization shock, good, Iโ€™ll be there. Otherwise, capital is constantly rebalanced and redeployed. Since the April Bitcoin sale, funds didnโ€™t sit idle. They rotated into things like Precious metal miners: +141% Silver: +136% Tech stocks: +56% Various AI names: many multiples Purchased property Wrote two angel investment checks Building a new food focused website business The point is simple, rotation matters. Risk management matters. Flexibility paired with discipline matters. There is always a bull market somewhere, but only if youโ€™re willing to look beyond a single asset and view your portfolio as a total system. I wish you well in yours.

So many questions on where bitcoin is heading. My honest answer, at this phase of cycle we're in that zone where it's not bull only mode. So I wouldn't be surprised with bitcoin at $60k or $180k in 3 months. Bitcoin doubles in 3 months during bull phases and historically drops 50% off the highs in 8 weeks from a top. So I'm no help to you and I wont stake a position for future clout. My only goal personally here is how to get the best possible result from either outcome.

Itโ€™s hard to convey intent and timeframe posting on X. But from a high-level, beyond random chart posts, I like to think about everything through three main lenses: 1. The Earn - Income Most traders believe they can trade their way to wealth. I disagree. Income is the biggest driver, especially early on. Maximize earnings from your profession. Get promoted, change roles, start a side hustle or small business. Build a steady stream before you chase multipliers. 2. The Multiply - Growth Taking that steady stream of income and put it to work. This is where you grow, through investing, trading, and some larger calculated risk. Earned money becomes working money. Learning through experience, this is the active money you're looking to grow. This is where you want to be broad in application. "There is a bull market somewhere" idea. Angle investing, trading/investing, business partnerships. 3. The Protect & Compound - Foundational Periodically move or rebalance wealth from โ€œGrowthโ€ into โ€œFoundational.โ€ Different timeframe, different mindset. You're not market timing, you're building the layer. This is your true FU capital. The layer you protect and let quietly compound, providing ultimate security. Bitcoin. Gold. Blue-chips. Income assets. Real Estate. Stable, reliable, generational wealth. Every time capital flows into this layer, you're locking in a new level of wealth and security. The goal is to flow wealth down into the Foundational. Think of it as a funnel, you want high flow in to have a better chance to multiply it and have enough to flow the way down. For example, I could be selling a bunch of gold stocks or Bitcoin after a great 4yr Cycle run, but it will also mean stacking and adding to some of those same assets in the Foundational layer. This layer never sells (only rebalances). Have a great win on a speculative coin, pay your foundational layer with a portion of the winnings, always.

Sold a decent clip of Gold/Silver positions on Friday. Left the miners alone. First selling since taking positions in 2023. Sold without loss of a trend too, which I try not to do. But itโ€™s just hard to ignore how extended its become. How much attention it suddenly has. And frankly, some rebalancing was needed after that move. Still well positioned for upside and dry powered for any meaningful correction, as we have years left in this bull.
