If you ever feel like helping someone, you can try this: Make a care package: 👉$20 gift card to shower at planet fitness for 2 mos. 👉$20 burner phone for interviews. 👉Bag of old nice clothes for interviews. 👉Basic hygiene kit. tooth paste, toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo. soap. towel. 👉$Gift card for groceries. 👉Laundry detergent 👉Vitamins, Neosporin, and antifungal cream. 👉Throw it in an old duffle bag from your garage. 👉Bag of Protein powder 👉A piece of paper with your phone or online handles. Find someone on the street your same size, that is: 👉Non-aggressive 👉Sober 👉Not panhandling in busy area Ask if if they want a hand getting off the street. It's rough on the bottom. You will be surprised how much someone can do with about $100 of resources.✌️

@IfeSobog Depends what your goal is. Big muscles just eat cardio, reduce flexibility, and stress the heart out. They don't really do much if you're not competing on stage. Ironmen finishers use 0 weights and they're fucken savage.

Big Pharma pushes stimulants and Adderall; we chase coffee & energy drinks. Temporary buzz now, exhaustion later. Yet a deficiency that mimics burnout, brain fog, & low energy often gets missed on routine labs: Vitamin B12. Here’s why you should care: 1. While Big Pharma markets billion-dollar drugs with endless side effects and dependency risks, a powerful, bioavailable form of B12 has been right here all along—supporting your vitality without prescriptions, gatekeepers, or complications. 2. What is Methyl B12? It’s the active, ready-to-use form of Vitamin B12. Your body utilizes it instantly, no conversion needed. It powers methylation: the critical metabolic process that governs your energy production, detoxification, and cognitive function. Think of it as your cellular power switch. 3. Here's what they don't tell you: methylation is how your body clears toxins, manages hormones, and produces dopamine and serotonin. When B12 runs low, the entire system stalls. You feel exhausted, mentally drained, unmotivated—and you assume it's just "aging." 4. The energy and clarity we desire as we age: - Sustained, clean energy all day—no jitters, no afternoon crash. - Supports the mental sharpness and focus that keep you productive. - Helps you feel present, motivated, and in control. - Converts food into real cellular fuel (ATP), not just temporary stimulation. - Fights that "burnt-out" feeling that steals your vitality and presence. If you want high-potency Methyl B12 in fast-absorbing sublingual drops, this is the one I recommend. 5000mcg, wild berry flavor, 60 servings, Methylcobalamin form (active and bioavailable): amazon.com/dp/B071GPW3MH?… 5. Hormone Balance & Stress Response: Methylation is essential for healthy hormone regulation. Sluggish methylation impacts how your body manages stress hormones like cortisol and maintains hormonal equilibrium. Methyl B12 helps optimize this system naturally—critical as we navigate our 30s, 40s, and 50s. 6. Mood & Mental Wellness: B12 is crucial for synthesizing dopamine and serotonin—your "feel-good" neurotransmitters. Low levels lead to irritability, mood swings, and feeling mentally depleted by mid-afternoon. Restoring B12 supports emotional resilience and the capacity to handle daily pressures. 7. Brain Fog vs. Mental Sharpness: B12 is critical for maintaining the myelin sheath that protects your nerves and enables rapid brain function. People in their 30s-50s consistently report improved focus, enhanced memory, and quicker thinking after addressing B12 deficiency. Your brain isn't declining—it's nutrient-starved. 8. Red Blood Cells & Oxygen Delivery: B12 is fundamental for producing healthy red blood cells, which transport oxygen to your muscles and brain. Better oxygenation means more stamina for workouts, sustained focus for deep work, and the energy to show up fully in your life. 9. How to Use It Right: Take 5000mcg of Methylcobalamin sublingual drops daily (avoid synthetic cyanocobalamin). Place under your tongue for maximum absorption. Take with food. Give it 4-6 weeks to experience the full benefits. Note: If you take Metformin or acid blockers (PPIs), you may be deficient—talk to your doctor. 10. The Reality on Side Effects: Methyl B12 is water-soluble. Your body takes what it needs and excretes the rest through urine. It's gentle, safe, and effective—the way supplementation should work. Here are the same premium Methyl B12 drops I recommend; third-party tested: amazon.com/dp/B071GPW3MH?… Transparency note: This post contains affiliate links; I may earn a commission (no extra cost to you). This is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider before changing your routine. The bottom line: You may not need another prescription with side effects and complications. You might just need the fundamental nutrient your body is demanding to restore your energy and edge. It's been available all along. If this was helpful, share it. Your vitality matters. Follow @LifeSpan_IQ for more evidence-based health insights. Repost so more people can discover this.

Elon Musk thinks the entire education system is built on a broken assumption. That every student should learn the same thing. At the same speed. In the same order. At the same time. Musk: “Everyone goes through from like 5th grade to 6th grade to 7th grade like it’s an assembly line. But people are not objects on an assembly line.” The model was designed for a factory economy. Standardized inputs. Predictable outputs. That economy is gone. The assembly line is gone. But the education system still runs on its logic. A student who masters algebra in two weeks sits through eight more weeks because the calendar says so. A student who struggles gets dragged forward because the schedule doesn’t wait. Neither is being served. Both are being processed. Musk: “Allow people to progress at the fastest pace that they can or are interested in, in each subject.” AI doesn’t teach a classroom. It teaches a student. One at a time. Every time. It skips what a student already knows. It finds where they’re stuck and approaches it from a different angle. It adjusts in real time. Not at the end of a semester when the damage is already done. A student obsessed with basketball learns fractions through shooting percentages. A student who builds in Minecraft learns geometry through architecture. The subject doesn’t change. The entry point does. No teacher with thirty students can do this. Not because they lack skill. Because the math doesn’t work. AI doesn’t have that constraint. Musk: “You do not need to tell your kid to play video games. They will play video games on autopilot all day. So if you can make it interactive and engaging, then you can make education far more compelling.” The brain isn’t broken. The format is. Kids learn complex systems and strategic thinking for hours voluntarily. Then walk into a classroom and can’t focus for twenty minutes. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a design problem. Musk: “A university education is often unnecessary. You probably learn the vast majority of what you’re going to learn there in the first two years. And most of it is from your classmates.” Four years. Six figures of debt. And the real value comes from the people sitting next to you. Not the institution charging you. The degree doesn’t certify knowledge. It certifies endurance. Musk: “If the goal is to start a company, I would say no point in finishing college.” The system was built to train employees. If you’re not trying to be one, it has nothing left to offer you. Every lecture. Every textbook. Every curriculum. Now available instantly. Personalized to any learner. Adapted to any pace. The question isn’t whether the old model survives. It’s how long we keep forcing students through it while the replacement already exists.

@elonmusk You expect judges to convict with lack of evidence because they "feel" they are a career criminal? This is fucking stupid. Make a database for the defense lawyers instead, they make money getting people released that are guilty.

This is great. At least those judges who release violent criminals who go on to hurt more people will be publicly shamed!
JohnnyFSE@JohnnyFSE

I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. It's in beta — would love to know what you think 👇 Numbers don't lie, but criminals do. courtwatch.us @bennyjohnson @jockowillink @GrantCardone @LauraLoomer @nickshirleyy @j_fishback

Most Americans would be new to live baby octopus. When you swallow them whole you can feel the tentacles moving on the way down clinging to the walls of your esophagus. The ones I tried in Seoul were whole, somewhere on the way to Itaewon market.
