I have paid for 3 mentorship during my entire career so far and all I can tell you is, if you are dedicated and use chat GPT and YouTube you won’t have to pay anybody to learn nothing. All you are looking for is free out there. If you are looking for a signal group then let it be clear.

I don’t understand why other Middle East countries will be supporting Isreal and US to fight Iran. Now people are leaving Dubai and Qatar with Iran targeting these cities. They can’t even sell their oil again because Iran has closed the strait of Hormuz. If Iran start targeting their oil installations it will be over for them. They are not in any position to gain anything in this war.

House rent is a crazy deal, when I started making money. I bought a car and make sure I secure a nice house before any other thing, i have a lot of plans but securing a house was first and after securing the one I love, bear market set in. And rent is 5.5m for this area, ngl I can’t afford that amount now. I always thank God for the gift of securing a house at early age.

Please if you have money to buy a house please do it first before buying a car you don’t need. We all know that you hardly go anywhere and the car is just for show off. A lot of people are seriously struggling to meet up with house rent after touching a lot of money before.
