๐จAssetz has acquired an 11.5-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru (OMR) to develop a new luxury project. @realhyderabad86 True but one big drawback is if unlimited FSI is not there , hyderabad price can shoot like other city banglore or gurganv. So solution must be public transport like metro or bus. Flyover will also not help

If unlimited FSI isn't revised soon, West Hyderabad is headed for disaster.
Builders are abusing it, left, right, and center.
50+ floors everywhere. No breathing space. No traffic plan.
Itโs time to regulate, not just collect โน150โโน200/sft as a bribe and look away.
