If Congress really wants to stop these lower courts from usurping the president's constitutional powers, they need draft and pass legislation to strip of them of their ability to do so. Here is a preliminary draft: Limiting Judicial Overreach Act of 2025 A BILL To amend Title 28 of the United States Code to restrict the authority of United States district courts to issue injunctions with nationwide effect, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the "Limiting Judicial Overreach Act of 2025." SECTION 2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSE. (a) Findings.—Congress finds that: (1) The Constitution of the United States vests judicial power in the federal courts to resolve cases and controversies between specific parties. (2) The issuance of nationwide injunctions by United States district courts, which extend beyond the parties and geographic jurisdiction of the issuing court, has disrupted the uniform administration of federal law and encroached upon the legislative and executive branches’ authority. (3) Such injunctions have led to forum shopping, conflicting rulings, and undue interference with national policy, undermining the rule of law and the separation of powers. (4) Congress has the authority under Article III, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution to regulate the jurisdiction and remedial powers of the inferior federal courts. (b) Purpose.—The purpose of this Act is to clarify and limit the scope of injunctive relief issued by United States district courts to prevent overreach and ensure that such relief is tailored to the parties and jurisdiction before the court. SECTION 3. LIMITATION ON NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS. Title 28 of the United States Code is amended by adding the following new section after section 2284: § 2285. Limitation on Scope of Injunctive Relief by District Courts (a) Definition.—For purposes of this section: (1) The term "injunction" means any order issued by a United States district court that prohibits or mandates an action by a party, including preliminary injunctions, permanent injunctions, and temporary restraining orders. (2) The term "nationwide injunction" means an injunction that purports to apply beyond the parties to the case and the geographic jurisdiction of the issuing district court, including an injunction that suspends or enjoins the enforcement of a federal statute, regulation, or executive action on a nationwide basis. (b) Restriction on Nationwide Injunctions.— (1) No United States district court shall issue an injunction that extends beyond: (A) the specific parties before the court; or (B) the geographic boundaries of the judicial district in which the court sits, whichever is narrower. (2) Any injunction issued by a district court shall be limited in scope to provide relief only to the named plaintiffs or defendants in the case, or to persons or entities within the court’s territorial jurisdiction, unless expressly authorized by an Act of Congress. (c) Exception.—This section shall not apply to: (1) injunctions issued to enforce a final judgment of the Supreme Court of the United States; or (2) cases in which Congress has explicitly granted district courts the authority to issue injunctions with broader geographic or remedial scope by statute. (d) Severability of Injunctions.—If any portion of an injunction issued by a district court is found to exceed the limitations set forth in subsection (b), that portion shall be severed and deemed unenforceable, while the remainder of the injunction shall remain in effect to the extent it complies with this section. (e) Appellate Review.— (1) Any party to a case in which an injunction is issued, or any person directly affected by such an injunction, may seek expedited review in the appropriate United States Court of Appeals to determine compliance with this section. (2) The Court of Appeals shall issue a ruling on such a challenge within 60 days of the filing of the appeal, unless exceptional circumstances require additional time, as determined by the court. (f) Rule of Construction.—Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the authority of the Supreme Court of the United States or the United States Courts of Appeals to issue injunctions or other equitable relief consistent with their respective jurisdictions. SECTION 4. IMPLEMENTATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. (a) Applicability.—This Act shall apply to all injunctions issued, modified, or enforced by a United States district court on or after the effective date of this Act, including pending cases. (b) Effective Date.—This Act shall take effect 30 days after the date of its enactment. SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of this Act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby. @SpeakerJohnson @POTUS @VP

Islam is an ideology, a complete, uncompromising system of beliefs, laws, and commands that demands total submission and seeks ultimate political and social dominance over the entire world. The word “Islam” literally means submission. It is not defined by what modern Muslims wish it to be, nor by cherry-picked interpretations, nor by the behavior of individual believers. It is defined exclusively by its authoritative sources: the Quran (the literal, eternal word of Allah), the Hadith (the authenticated sayings and actions of Muhammad), and the Sira (the authoritative biography of Muhammad). These texts are fixed, immutable, and considered perfect and final for all time. No ideology is entitled to immunity from criticism, especially not one that openly declares its mission to subjugate every person and every society under Islamic rule. Ideologies have no human rights. Only individuals do. Doctrinal Hierarchy of Submission At its doctrinal core, Islam establishes an unbreakable hierarchy of submission: Muslims submit completely to Allah and His final messenger, Muhammad. Women submit to men (Quran 4:34 explicitly grants men authority over women and the right to discipline them). All non-Muslims are ultimately required to submit to Islamic rule, pay the jizya tax in a state of humiliation, convert, or face war until Islam prevails (Quran 9:29, 9:5, 8:39, etc.). Restrictions on Alliances with Non-Muslims Islam explicitly prohibits Muslims from forming genuine friendships, alliances, or protective relationships with non-Muslims. This is repeated command-level doctrine: Quran 5:51 — “O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you — then indeed, he is [one] of them.” Quran 3:28 — “Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers… except when taking precaution against them in prudence.” Quran 4:144 — “O you who have believed, do not take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers.” Quran 9:23 — “O you who have believed, do not take your fathers or your brothers as allies if they have preferred disbelief over belief.” These verses create a permanent theological barrier: true loyalty, guardianship, and intimate friendship belong only to the Muslim ummah. Non-Muslims are structural outsiders, to be invited to Islam, tolerated under submission, fought until they submit, or (in certain contexts) eliminated as threats to the faith. This is not about “peaceful coexistence.” It is about strategic separation, followed by supremacy. Doctrinal Conflicts with Modern Human Rights The same foundational texts contain commands and permissions that are irreconcilable with modern universal human rights: Men are declared superior to women and given permission to beat disobedient wives (4:34). Women are described as intellectually deficient and their testimony worth half that of a man (Bukhari 2658, 304). Sexual enslavement of captured non-Muslim women is repeatedly permitted and regulated (Quran 4:24, 23:5–6, 33:50, 70:29–30; numerous hadiths). Apostasy, blasphemy, and homosexuality carry capital punishment in the clearest terms of classical Islamic jurisprudence, drawn directly from hadith and Muhammad’s example. Repeated curses are pronounced on Jews, Christians, polytheists, and hypocrites, often paired with calls to fight and kill until religion is “all for Allah” (9:5, 8:39, 2:191–193, etc.). On Hypocrisy and Apostasy Muslims who ignore, rationalize, or reject large parts of this doctrine, including those who live secular lives in the West, are, according to core Islamic teachings, engaging in hypocrisy (nifaq) or outright apostasy. The Quran repeatedly condemns hypocrites (munafiqun) as the most dangerous internal enemies of Islam, labeling them liars, cursed by Allah, and deserving of severe punishment (e.g., Surah Al-Munafiqun 63:1–8 explicitly calls them “the enemies, so beware of them. May Allah curse them!”). Apostates and blasphemers are viewed as traitors to the faith, often classified as enemies of Allah and His Messenger, warranting the harshest response in traditional jurisprudence, up to and including execution, to protect the ummah and the supremacy of the doctrine. These are not “misinterpretations.” These are plain-text doctrines upheld by every major school of Islamic jurisprudence for fourteen centuries. The ideology must be judged on its own texts and historical application, not on the personal character or selective practice of any believer. Bottom Line Critique Islam, relentlessly, honestly, without apology, as the totalitarian political-religious system it declares itself to be. Treat every Muslim you encounter as an individual human being deserving basic respect and kindness. But never confuse the two. Never soften or sanitize what the texts actually say in order to avoid discomfort. The doctrine is what it is. And it demands everything.

Another day, another spectacularly horrific Black-on-White murder that no one hears about, that would be the number one story in the world if it were White-on-anyone-else. On February 13, Black 21-year-old Alexander Lamar Banks was driving around, admittedly looking for people to kill, when he spotted a White mom and dad, out for an evening walk, pulling their 3-year-old daughter in a pink wagon in Delta Township, Michigan (77% White, 11% Black). That's when Banks targeted them, accelerating his car in their direction, driving off the road, and smashing through the White family. Banks then exited the vehicle, retrieved a shotgun, and fired multiple rounds, hitting all three family members and killing 3-year-old Harlow Smith. He reloaded the weapon before approaching Harlow's dad and shooting him again at close range. Banks punched the White father in the face and beat him with the shotgun. He then grabbed the White mother by the hair, twisting her head and trying to break her neck when she attempted to intervene. A 72-year-old White woman named Barb Cook saw what was happening and ran toward the murder scene to try to help the family. With his gun empty, Banks smashed 72-year-old Barb repeatedly in the head with it. He hit her with such force that her hair and flesh were later recovered from the muzzle. After beating Barb, Banks dropped the gun and fled. 37-year-old dad Cameron Smith, 33-year-old mom Paige Smith, and 72-year-old Barb Cook all survived the encounter that claimed young Harlow's life. Barb Cook required brain surgery and facial reconstruction, and went into a coma (as of the most recent update, she remains in that coma). Now, we wait to see how easy the system goes on Alexander Lamar Banks when it's inevitably determined that he was “not in the right state of mind” and has the IQ of speed bump.
