INEOS taking #MUFC for a ride!! We've gone from Tonali to Fernandes.. Now gone from Ndiaye/Diomande to Summerville.. And we're surely signing Welbeck as a striker.. Carrick gets sacked in 5 months and we're back to square one.. Disgrace, this ownership!! #GGMU

@iam_commando I've been saying we should sign him for months and months. He would make an excellent squad player, would offer something different to Cunha.

Goals by left wingers in the Premier League last season: Gabriel Martinelli: 1 Garnacho: 1 Jeremy Doku: 5 Crysencio Summerville: 5 Leandro Trossard: 6 Anthony Gordon: 6 Iliman Ndiaye: 6 Cody Gakpo: 7 I genuinely don’t understand the outrage around Crysencio Summerville but I believe if his name was not Summerville but Ndiaye, fans would be over the moon. Not every signing has to walk straight into the starting 11. We need depth, different profile to Cunha and also a genuine competition across the frontline. Summerville is a direct winger who stretches the pitch, attacks full backs and brings pace and unpredictability we desperately need on that left side. He can play either flank and wouldn’t arrive with demands to be a guaranteed starter which means having a content player with different profiles capable of changing games from the bench or rotating without a huge drop in quality. He is entering his prime years, and despite West Ham’s struggles last season, he still had a decent campaign enough for him to make Netherland’s World Cup squad. Is he my ideal target, No but giving his profile, age, ability and opportunity, i understand why INEOS are interested in him and I support that decision 100%.

@abrahamson_ed There's people out there who watch rte, read the Irish times and listen rte radio every single day, and they think they're capable of independent thought.

Am in Dublin with my Mum in hospital, she has RTE on all the time.. All I hear is about Israel. I had not realised the level of obsession, radicalising the whole population. Are they being funded by Qatar. It is truly sickening.

@RDublong65428 @VMSportIE Nah Israel is still absolute filth. But we should still play them instead of conceding the 6 points. FIFA/UEFA should ban them from competing like they did Russia. It's not up to Ireland to make a stand.

Reaction is emerging after the FAI confirmed Ireland’s Nations League home fixture against Israel will be moved from Dublin to a neutral country and played without supporters present. UEFA approved the request earlier today. #VMSport

One of the things I noticed in past few days while visiting pubs in Wexford and Dublin, was the lack of any kind of buzz around the World Cup. No flags, no bunting etc. Is this solely cos Ireland never made it? Or pubs maybe more keen on gaa?

@Qazulight @pepfessions 1-2 pounds a month?? That would be slow doing it naturally. 1lb a week is good.

@pepfessions I do not know how over weight you are. If you are 2 maybe three times your optimal weight 10 pounds a month is reasonable for a while. If you just 50 percent over optimal, you are probably dropping too fast. I target 1 to 2 a month.

6 months on reta, down 60 lbs, about 25% of my bodyweight. I look better than I have in my adult life and people keep telling me how happy I must be. here's what nobody puts in the before/afters: it didn't just kill my appetite, it killed my drive. the same thing that quiets the food noise quiets everything. I used to attack my mornings. now I have to schedule motivation like it's a meeting. lost the weight, lost the fire that used to come free with being hungry. nobody warned me they were wired to the same switch.

🤔 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪: Back in 2024, Newcastle United had no intention of selling Elliot Anderson, but the club found itself forced into a difficult decision due to the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR). Rather than parting with any of their established star players, they chose to sell two of their most promising young talents — Anderson and Yankuba Minteh. Anderson’s £35M move was particularly significant from a financial standpoint. As an academy graduate, the entire fee was recorded as pure profit in the club’s accounts, providing a major boost to their PSR position. Even so, it looks so foolish right now.
