I absolutely love wholesome babyfaces. Kevin Von Erich, Steamboat, Backlund, and Bruno especially. “Hero who fights for the common good” should be one of the most fundamental babyfaces archetypes but we don’t fucking see it anymore. Nietzsche won the thought war. UGH!!!

Seth is overrated by some, ridiculously underrated by others. It's like Michaels in another generation. One of the best but because it's WWF people had to act like he was the greatest of all-time, and the reciprocol was people later claiming he was terrible, which is bizarre levels of cope. Sting once said Seth was the best wrestler he was ever in the ring with. He did say that long before AEW, but that still would include Flair & Funk.

I hate to my negative about content here but this is an actual industry plant. It’s ok to like this sort of game, but how it’s presenting itself hurts actual indie games.
- real licensed music
- massive array of custom assets and cutscenes, fully voiced too
- insanely pricey press kits sent out to small and big CCs
- presents itself as “indie”.
This is not “indie”. This is a refined product that was made for millions. Most likely a medium sized team of 12-30 full time for years. This kind of low hanging fruit stealing + indie labeling hurts actual small dedicated teams of real game devs. There will be actual indie devs that miss out on awards this season because of this extremely well funded AA title masquerading as an indie.

Except for Billy Joel, I don't think any performer of any kind in history sold out MSG as many times. That would seem to feel awfully mainstream. He was also more truly loved and had a bond with the audience and public at an extremely high level. Hogan has it over him as a national attraction because if you look at ratings and the ability to draw month after month in the same market, Bruno would be ahead.
