Disappointed with this pathetic DCB bank. Regret opening an account here. Âmazon UK initiated a refund of £1049 , £1349 on Feb 16, 2024 to my acc, but still no credit. Considering switching banks. Planning to sue this bank with the help of my advocate soon

Want to process the foreclosure but not resolved yet. So unsatisfied
And also DCB have increased the tenure and interest of the loan without asking us. Need to highlight this as DCB is not responding.

Want to escalate my excess amount refund request not processed from 8Jan. We disappointment the kind of service i am getting from this bank. I won’t suggest anyone to do banking with this bank. No action till date. They harassing me from past two weeks.
