Want to escalate my excess amount refund request not processed from 8Jan. We disappointment the kind of service i am getting from this bank. I won’t suggest anyone to do banking with this bank. No action till date. They harassing me from past two weeks. @jagograhakjago @DCBBank

This very sad, I am dcb customer following up for my loan Foreclosure letter from last year Nov 2022 and still haven’t got it. I escalated to nodal office too but no joy. DCB bank is torturing his customers. I will not recommend dcb bank to any one. @DCBBank

@DCBBank This is useless if not make your customers happy. I was chasing for my foreclosure letter from Nov22 still no luck. Escalated many time still waiting. Worse customer service😡
