@DIBsupport I have a personal finance loan from Dib, and I’d like to reduce my interest payment by paying a portion of the principal amount. I reached out to your agent, who processed my loan, and he informed me that Dib has changed its policy and no longer allows partial principal payments.

@DIBsupport للأسف، حتى الآن لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء واضح أو التواصل معي من قبل الإدارة المختصة لحل المشكلة، رغم أكثر من أسبوعين على تقديم الشكاوى. إعطائي أرقام شكاوى فقط، ومنها:
