The entire Nairobi is literally submerged in water but mashinani people are the ones that need civic education. We need to do better ffs

Until we start treating politicians as threats to our lives (which they are btw) we are not ready yet.

@ThisMista @RamzZy_ Its said statistically an average person upgrades their phone one every 3 yrs. This doesn't take into account the iPhone users who use it as a status symbol. Those ones...

@RamzZy_ This reminded me of my consumer behaviour when I was in my twenties, I would buy a new 🤳🏿 just because it had the most recent android version. With time I have learnt it's not a big deal not having the latest release etc Bora the phone serves you, you are good to go!

Consumerism is the issue, not phone companies or innovation. If you feel like you always need the latest phone you haven’t found a good reason why you own the current one. 😂
Janet Machuka@janetmachuka_

Enough is enough. Phone companies are robbing us blind with yearly releases that barely improve anything. We need a law to stop them from yearly release and do it after every 3 years to encourage real innovation instead. As consumers, we need to raise one loud voice.

Baba's greatest betrayal was taking advantage of Gen Z deaths to clinch political power and financial favors. For that he will never be forgiven and we will never forget. Those who were on the streets 25th June remember the fear that night. The hopelessness. We'll never forget

There is space for National gratitude for the democratic contribution and acknowledgement that the handshake is a stain on his legacy. That handshake is the reason mourning him is complicated. It's the nature of betrayal. Betrayal is the death of the hope of a better ending

Genuine question; Nobody seems to be able to put together a coherent argument on why there's "widespread mourning" in Ke. From the videos, I can't see a single crowd of more than 500 people. So is Ke mourning, or are you being deceived by the state, politicians & githeri media?

Raila didn’t hold the fabric of this nation, he tore through it whenever it suited him. A master turncoat who preached change but cozied up to the same system he once condemned. The only thing he was consistent about was self-preservation.
Kenya West@KinyanBoy

This is one man who held the fabrics of this nation through unpopular decisions. A beacon of peace and unity. Raila leaves a political void that is going to take ages to fill. It’s painful to imagine this country without Raila. Olit by a lot! Rest Well Baba!
