The first Polkadot Solidity Hackathon, organized by @openguildwtf in partnership with @Web3foundation, has concluded. More than 260 teams and 850 hackers participated, building with Solidity on Polkadot Hub across EVM and PVM environments. We thank all participants for their contributions. 🧵

While developing Civyx for the @Polkadot Solidity Hackathon. The initial idea was straightforward: track on-chain behavior and assign a reputation score to wallets. But halfway through building, I kept coming back to the same question: what does this score actually do? If it doesn’t change anything, it’s just noise.

My first adventure at the @Polkadot Hackathon 2026 hosted by @openguildwtf led to Obidot — @0xobidot Big thanks to the @openguildwtf team for the support and mentorship 🙏 The first DEX aggregator with an Agent Kit on Polkadot Hub testnet. Obidot enables multi-route swaps across tokens — and gives developers a way to integrate via an Agent Kit built on top of Polkadot Agent Kit. It turned into more than we expected. Obidot combines multi-route execution, market intelligence, documentation, and agent tooling in one stack. 👇

I went into the @Polkadot Solidity Hackathon planning to add one component. Ended up building an entire IDE. Relaycode was made with modularity in mind - every pallet parameter gets its own input. So Revive pallet just needed a Solidity editor component. Simple, right? Except the interface felt way too small for writing actual contracts. Two days before the deadline, I scrapped the plan. And built Relaycode Studio instead. 👇
