NEW Pokémon Winds & Waves story and prequel anime leak:
- The story of Pokémon Winds&Waves is related to time travel
- There will be a prequel anime to the game (similar to Pokémon Twilight Wings) which will tell the backstory of the Professor and the Champion.
- The Professor is 14 years old while the Champion is 20 years old.
- However at the end of the series(30 years before the events of the games) the Professor is sent back in time
- Thus when we meet him the games he’s actually older than the Champion

@CloudOfCrimson9 Monolith Soft makes quality games on relatively reasonable timeframes and budgets and they all sell fairly well. You can't say the same about all the studios getting shutdown.

This is the standard of what a business relationship should be. Unlike Microsoft and Sony where they buy studios and close them when their game fails to meet sales expectations, Nintendo doesn't do that with Monolith Soft despite their best selling game not even hitting 3 million units. That's how you know Nintendo VALUES the talent from the studios they buy from. And Monolith Soft has a LOT of talent to give to Nintendo.
